Your First Visit

Thank you for your interest in Clayton Endodontics, a practice dedicated exclusively to endodontic care.

We know that visiting an endodontist can feel a little intimidating, but we’re here to make the experience as comfortable and stress-free as possible. Your first visit will include a friendly consultation where we’ll determine and review your diagnosis, answer your questions, and discuss your treatment options together. We will then schedule you according to your treatment needs. 

Please assist us by providing the following information at the time of your consultation:

• If you have insurance, please bring your insurance card with you so we can assist with filing for your reimbursement. For more info about insurance in our office, click here.
• Please bring a list of medications you are presently taking.
• X-rays: You may request that x-rays already taken by your dentist be forwarded to our office. However, we require our own x-ray images to be taken during your initial visit, as they provided additional angles necessary for a thorough root canal evaluation. A CBCT scan (3D scan) may also be required. Worried about radiation exposure? Please see our FAQ section about radiation. 

Important: All patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal parent or guardian.
